Chin straps are handcrafted from our black full-grain bridle leather and feature a postman slide for easy adjustment. The slotted head screws are not pre-assembled; instead, they are provided in a separate bag along with Loctite for secure installation. Once fastened, the assembly is designed to remain firmly in place under normal use.

The leather and hardware have been heat-tested at 500°F for 5 minutes, resulting in approximately 5% shrinkage and minor discoloration. No signs of material failure, combustion, or compromise in structural integrity were observed.
